INSPIRATION

Compelling thought of serving the community during challenging financial hardship, prompted me to take action while attending a funeral with an eminent Melbourne personality Dr. Jayant Bapat, who is serving the community for more than four decades and inspiring and guiding all of us. There is a requirement for supporting the community that is facing financial challenge / hardship.

About Blissful Heaven

This is a charitable organization for the needy, provides limited financial assistance during the financial hardships as listed below–

Like for funeral of somebody’s sudden death.
Accident.
An instalment of fees for the foreign students.
Emergency medical expenses in case of financial difficulty.
Other temporary financial hardships.
Travel cost of parents of the foreign students in case of any emergency.
Any other such assistance for the needy in the community.

We offer donor ship to all in the community. Blissful Heaven recommend a minimum donation of 1AUD per day per family / per year – AUD 365 only every year routine donations and one time registration of AUD75.

All individuals, other charity organisations, institutions, businesses, government organisations , city councils, community organisations working for the welfare and well-being of the larger community can be donors by giving grants.

All are welcome to donate generously to Blissful Heaven on a routine yearly basis or one off donations.

Benefits of donor ship to Blissful Heaven–

All the Australian community donors can avail this limited financial service.
The needy can avail the limited AUD 3000 financial assistance for the services like funeral and other difficulties, challenges as listed above.
The permanent yearly routine donors can avail this service on need basis once a year, for themselves or can sponsor some one.
Donors can refer anybody who is facing financial hardship, one per year.

This is not insurance, it is a donation.

Based on yearly inflation the donations may increase, we endeavour to maintain yearly donor ship unlike the insurances.
Donors can avail this facility based on Blissful Heaven discretion.
Simple procedure and minimum documentation.
Donors can choose any service providers particularly for the funerals.

Opportunity to provide continuous community service by donating every year as a routine and sponsoring.

The donations will cover the services to the needy, the donors and their immediate family members, sponsored by the routine yearly donors, who are facing financial difficulty.

Unlike the personalised individual insurance, this service is beneficial to all the donor families and community.

Regular annual donors can avail this facility after being donor for a minimum of 3 years or contributing the 5 years amount when registering as a donor for the first time.

One sponsorship per year for the regular, permanent yearly donors.

You can set up online payment options – direct debit -monthly, quarterly and yearly.

Essential criteria to avail the service –

Health care card holders, pensioners.
Full time pensioners.
Full time foreign students.
Visiting parents of the Australian residents and Australian citizens.
Provide copy of evidence of financial hardship, for example death
Certificate for funerals and two references confirming the genuine requirement.
Select and inform the service of your choice.
Any other humanitarian ground.
Regular, permanent annual donors, donating every year.
Blissful Heaven reserve the right to approve.

Why should I think of becoming a donor?

By becoming the donor, we contribute to the community service during financial hardships.
Help during the difficult and challenging times for the family and to the community as a whole.
This service offers peace of mind during such difficult times.
Sometimes it can be difficult for families including donors to find the minimum amount of money needed.

How is the expenses paid?

On approval by Blissful Heaven, to pay for the fixed expenses and nominating the sponsors service, the fixed amount is transferred to the nominated service provider’ account directly.

Who can benefit from this donor ship?

Those donors and sponsors who meet the eligibility criteria.

Is it absolutely necessary to become a donor of such organization?

Absolutely not. This is a volunteer instinct to serve the community and have a sense of belonging to the community. This is entirely a personal choice.
Yes, if you want to avail the facility on a regular yearly basis, we recommend regular yearly donations on a regular basis.

When will this service be available ?

The service will be available once sufficient funds are generated depending on how quickly the donors come forward.
Blissful Heaven will publish and inform the community when ready.
Exceptionally, we will try to provide the assistance depending upon the severity of the situation, at Blissful Heaven discretion.
